Cancellation Policy

Please book 5 days before your preferred meeting date. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the meeting time, and reschedules are accepted up to 12 hours before the meeting time. Meeting change requests submitted less than 12 hours prior to the meeting time are subject to approval based on availability.
